The Four Flow Method

The Four Flow Method is a professional facial massage training designed to give estheticians a repeatable framework they can practice, refine, and make their own.

Through four signature flows, you’ll learn how to move beyond individual massage techniques and create a connected treatment experience, from opening the lymphatic system and working through facial tension to sculpting, lifting, and completing the treatment through the neck, shoulders, and scalp.

The Live Training experience includes everything in the Virtual Training, plus an in-person session led by a Certified Four Flow Practitioner.

During your live session, you’ll practice the techniques, transitions, and four signature Flows with hands-on guidance. You’ll have the opportunity to refine your hand placement, pressure, and movement while receiving real-time instruction and feedback.
