What is your refund policy?

Our mission is to help customers find the best products to achieve their skin goals. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your products we will accept any full-sized product for a return, as long as it is at least half full and received by Dolce Dew Skin Company within 30 days of initial purchase.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on skincare kits.

How do I return a product?

If you would like to return a product, please contact our Dolce Dew Team to initiate your return at hello@dolcedew.com. Once the team reviews the submission we will be happy to provide you with a return label for products that meet our policy requirements. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to our team.

All returns must be received at our facility within 14 days of the return label being emailed or the refund will not be able to be processed.

After the review of the products are complete and the return label is provided please safely pack the products and affix the prepaid return label to the box.

Please not that any Dolce Dew Rewards points associated with returned items will be deducted from your points total and will no longer be available for redemption. 

Dolce Dew monitors return and refund activity and reserves the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused. Any finding of abuse of our return policies shall be in our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
